Jackson Elite Roofing is a roofing company serving homeowners and property owners in Jackson, NJ and the surrounding towns, with more than 20 years in business. We repair, inspect and replace roofs, and we look after the gutters, chimneys and skylights that so often decide whether a roof stays dry.

Most of our work starts with a phone call about a leak, a storm or a roof that is starting to look tired. What happens after that call is what we want you to know about us.

Our Approach

We start with the cause, not the sale. Every leak call includes a look in the attic as well as on the roof, so water is traced to where it actually gets in before anything is priced. You get a straight answer on whether the roof can be repaired before replacement is ever mentioned, and when replacement is the honest answer, the written scope lists tear-off, decking, underlayment, flashing, ventilation and gutters as separate lines, so you can compare our estimate with anyone else’s item by item.

We try to remove surprises from the job. If damaged decking turns up once the old roof is off, we photograph it and show you before replacing it, at a per-sheet price already set in the contract. Flashing at walls and chimneys is replaced rather than reused, attic ventilation is checked on every replacement, and roofs under solar panels are scheduled with the panel removal and reinstall planned from the start. In 55+ and townhouse communities, we check the association’s documents to see who holds the roof before we write an estimate.

We also pay attention to the things around the roof. Overhanging pines and oaks are looked at with the roof itself, gutters and leaders are sized and pitched with it, and the driveway, yard and gutters are cleaned at the end of every work day, finished with a magnet sweep for nails. After a storm, we photograph and write up the damage for your own claim and will meet your adjuster on site when you ask. Our contracts are written to New Jersey’s home improvement rules, including the three-day cancellation notice, and homeowners who are selling can get a written roof condition report to hand to the buyer’s inspector.
